At ZéFir, each piece of our jewellery undergoes careful quality control by our in-house jewellery specialists and dispatch team. However, in rare cases, a fault may occur.
You may be entitled to a replacement, or refund for a major defect, as well as compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1. Making a Valid Warranty Claim
1.1 To lodge a warranty claim:

If requested, return the item (including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation) to the address we provide at your own cost.

Provide any additional information we reasonably require to assess your claim.
1.2 If your claim is accepted, we will proceed with replacement/refund/compensation.
1.3 All claims are assessed by our ZéFir jewellery specialists.
2. When This Warranty Applies and When It Does Not
2.1 ZéFir jewellery is delicate and must be handled with care. Please refer to our care guide for proper maintenance.
2.2 This Warranty does not cover:

Lost items

Chain breakage not caused by a manufacturing fault

Normal wear and tear, including fading or tarnishing of plated jewellery

Damage due to negligence, accident, misuse, or third-party repairs

Failure to follow care instructions provided by ZéFir

Continued use of the product after a defect becomes apparent

Delayed reporting of faults beyond 2 days

Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, etc.)
2.3 If you request services beyond what is covered under this Warranty (e.g., cosmetic repairs), additional fees may apply. We will inform you of these costs before beginning any work.
3. General Terms and Definitions
3.1 “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to ZéFir official website.
3.2 “You” or “your” refers to the original purchaser of the Product.
3.3 “Products” refers to jewellery purchased from ZéFir’s online boutique or authorised retailers.
3.4 This Warranty is attached to and forms part of the ZéFir Terms and Conditions and Return Policy.
3.5 This Warranty is valid and enforceable only within Singapore and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
3.6 In case of any inconsistency between this Warranty and our Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
