Am I able to fast track my order?

All orders placed through our official website are fully trackable. We primarily use SingPost to ship from Singapore to destinations worldwide. Once your order is picked up by the delivery service, a tracking number and link will be automatically sent to the email address provided with your order.

Can I change my order details once it's placed?

Due to the high volume of orders we are processing, unfortunately, we cannot amend your order once it has been placed.

If you would like to cancel your order or amend order details, please inform us within 24 hours of order placement. Otherwise we can't accommodate your request.

Do you accomodate special requests for orders?

We will do our best to accommodate special requests within reason and within our control.

Can I purchase online internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using Singapost or DHL.

We offer international shipping to over 200 countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped out Monday – Friday only. We aim to have all orders shipped as soon as possible and within 72 hours of being placed.

The estimated shipping time for your order will depend on which shipping option you have selected:

Domestic delivery is 5-10 business days International delivery is 15-30 business days depending on your country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation outlining your order details, delivery details and your consignment number which you can use to track your order.

This information will be sent to the email you used to place the order originally. If you have any issues, we encourage you to contact us through live chat.

How much does domestic shipping cost?

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 within Singapore.

Shipping fee will be automatically calculated after you input your address and post code. Shipping fee depends on the weight and size of your order.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping fee will be automatically calculated after you input your address and post code. Shipping fee depends on the weight and size of your order.

What international customs and duty charges will I incur?

For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.

Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations, ZéFir is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.

For Singapore orders, GST is already included in the retail price. 

Are these real or synthetic gemstones?

While most of the gemstones used are natural, ethcially sourced gemstones, some of the gemstones we use are synthetic. They will be noted as synthetic in the detail section of each product page.

A synthetic gemstone is a type of premium, high-grade, man-made stone that mimics the cut, colour and clarity of real precious and semi-precious gemstones (i.e.; Like how Cubic Zirconia's mimic diamonds). Using synthetic gemstones allows us to the keep the quality, vibrancy and colours of the stones consistent.

What is covered under your warranty?

All of our jewellery is quality checked by a jeweller, plus a member of our dispatch team. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We will gladly offer a replacement if the product was confirmed by one of our team as faulted within 7 days of purchase. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
