All orders are shipped from our logistics partner in Singapore. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm SGT will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your parcel is dispatched. During sale/holiday periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly extended.
International Shipping
ZéFir currently offers international shipping to over 200 countries, you may refer to Singapost for the estimated shipping fee and delivery lead time (varies by destination and parcel size/weight).
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

ZéFir is not liable for any delays or fees caused by customs clearance or third-party courier services.

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed by the receiver, and returned to us (where possible), the return shipping fees and any related charges will be deducted from the refund. If the parcel is destroyed or abandoned by the courier or local authorities, no refund will be issued.
