(a) This website (Site) is operated by ZéFir (we, our or us). These terms and conditions (Terms) form an agreement between us and you, the customer, when you place an order via the Site.


2. Use of the Site

(a) You accept these Terms by placing an order via the Site.

(b) You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or place an order.

(c) When using the Site, you must not:

  • Violate privacy, legal rights, or any applicable laws;

  • Harass or threaten others;

  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site;

  • Introduce harmful code (viruses, trojans, etc.);

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages;

4. Orders

(a) Orders placed via the Site are offers to buy products at the listed price, inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery fees.

(b) We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. A binding agreement forms once we accept your order.

(c) Please verify your order details before submitting.

(d) Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with relevant information.

(e) All products are subject to availability. Pre-order availability and dispatch estimates are approximate.

(f) We may cancel accepted orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen reasons.


5. Price and Payment

(a) You must pay the listed price plus delivery charges in your selected currency. 

(b) Payment must be made upfront via accepted methods on the Site.

(c) You must not use fraudulent payment methods.

(d) Besides debit/credit cards, we offer third-party payment options such as GooglePay, Stripe, Apple Pay, or GrabPay. Their terms may apply.

(e) We do not store your credit card details; these are processed securely by third-party providers.

(f) For international orders, customs charges may apply in your jurisdiction.

(g) Promotional codes or discounts must be applied at checkout. Their terms will be on the Site.


6. Delivery, Title, and Risk

(a) We deliver to the areas listed on our Site. Contact us if your area is not covered.

(b) Delivery charges are stated at checkout.

(c) We aim to dispatch within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified.

(d) Notify us immediately to amend delivery details—we cannot guarantee changes after ordering.

(e) Deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available, we may leave the parcel at your address.

(f) Title transfers upon delivery. Risk passes once products are delivered.

(g) For lost or damaged parcels before delivery, contact us and we’ll assist with claims.

8. Warranty Against Defects

(a) Our warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, or wear and tear such as tarnishing.

  • Do not claim ownership;

10. User-Generated Content

(a) We may invite you to post or tag content on social media using designated hashtags (Tags).

(b) By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the content across our platforms.

(c) You confirm you own or have rights to share the content and that it doesn’t violate any rights or laws.

(d) We are not responsible for User Content and may remove it at any time.


11. Consumer Protections

(a) These Terms do not override your rights under Singapore law, including those under the Lemon Law and Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

(b) For returns based on legal entitlements, you may bear the cost of return shipping, which will be reimbursed if your claim is valid.


12. Limitations of Liability

(a) We do not exclude or limit your legal rights under Singapore law.

(b) To the fullest extent permitted:

  • Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product;

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss;

  • We are not liable for any misuse of products against our care instructions.

(c) We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters, strikes).
